From your first inquiry to grant disbursement, every step is handled with care and strict confidentiality. Our board reviews each application personally — this is never automated.
A family applies confidentially through our online form, or is referred directly by their school's administration. Either path is equally valid.
Our board conducts a respectful, standardized review of gross household income, verified necessary expenses, household size, and the gap between what a family can reasonably contribute and the actual tuition cost.
The Board of Directors reviews and approves all grant awards based on documented need. All decisions are made with care and complete confidentiality. Families are notified within two weeks.
Approved funds are sent directly to the partner school and applied to the family's tuition account. Families maintain their dignity throughout — no funds pass through their hands.
Eligibility
Lev Lev grants are available to families of Jewish day school students in Kindergarten through 5th grade who demonstrate documented financial need.
We review each application holistically — not against a rigid income cutoff. Every family's circumstances are unique, and we treat them that way.
